1 About the service
The service is provided by Platform PCRLABS (“PCRLabs.ge” or “we”).
PCRLabs.ge is a mobile laboratory service. Our licensed medical staff visit you at home, at a hotel or at the office, collect samples (blood, swabs and others) and deliver them to accredited partner laboratories, which perform the tests.
We operate in Tbilisi and in other cities of Georgia listed on the website. Availability of a visit at a particular address and time is confirmed by our operator.
2 Placing an order
- You can order through the form on the website, by phone, WhatsApp or Viber. One order may contain several tests.
- Please provide accurate details: full name, phone number, e-mail and the exact address. We use them to confirm the order, organise the visit and send the results.
- An order is final once our operator confirms it by phone or e-mail. We may refuse or reschedule an order if a visit is not possible at the chosen time or place.
- If you order for another person (for example a family member), you confirm that you have their consent to share their details with us.
3 The visit and sample collection
- Follow the preparation instructions sent with your order confirmation (for example, some tests require fasting for 8–12 hours).
- Please be available at the agreed address and time. If our staff cannot reach you or access the address, the visit may be treated as cancelled.
- Our staff may ask for an identity document to make sure the samples are labelled correctly.
- Samples from children and persons without legal capacity are collected only in the presence and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Staff may decline to collect a sample if it is unsafe or the conditions do not allow it to be done properly.
4 Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the website in Georgian lari (GEL), per person. The total is confirmed when the order is placed.
- PCRLabs.ge works with several partner laboratories and automatically chooses the most favourable option for every order. Where a price is shown as a range (e.g. 60–75 ₾), the order form shows the exact price of your order.
- The home visit is charged: the fee is shown on the website and in the order form (currently 20 ₾). If you order 3 or more tests, the visit is free. Tests are counted for all people together.
- If the chosen tests are taken by several mobile teams, we tell you before you order, and the order continues only with your consent. The visit rule applies to each team: a team that takes 3 or more tests comes free of charge; otherwise that team’s visit is charged.
- Payment methods available at the time of ordering are shown in the order form: cash to our staff, payment by card on site, or online payment when it is enabled.
- If you pay in cash, please have the exact amount ready. Our staff are not obliged to give change.
- For online payments the card details are entered on the payment provider’s page; PCRLabs.ge does not see or store them.
5 Results
- Indicative turnaround times are shown for each test. They are counted from the moment the sample reaches the laboratory and may be longer for reasons beyond our control (repeated analysis, holidays and similar).
- Results are sent to the e-mail address given in the order and are also available in “My orders” on the website, where you sign in with that e-mail.
- Results are personal medical data. We share them only with you, unless you ask us in writing to send them to someone else.
6 Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel or reschedule an order free of charge before our staff leave for the visit. Call +995 511 133 789 or write to info@pcrlabs.ge.
- For online payments the full amount is refunded if you cancel the order within 2 hours of payment. The refund goes to the same card; banks usually credit it within 5–10 business days.
- If the order is cancelled more than 2 hours after payment, the amount paid is not refundable.
- If the laboratory cannot perform a test for a reason on our side (for example, the sample is unsuitable), we will collect a new sample free of charge or refund the price of that test.
7 Medical disclaimer
PCRLabs.ge provides sample collection and laboratory testing. We do not make diagnoses or prescribe treatment, and using our service does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Please discuss your results with your doctor. Information on the website is general and does not replace a medical consultation.

8 Liability
We take care to provide the service properly and on time. The tests themselves are performed by accredited partner laboratories, which are responsible for the analysis. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or by incorrect information given in the order. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of Georgia.
9 Personal data
We process your personal and health data only to provide the service: to confirm the order, organise the visit, pass the samples to the laboratory, deliver the results and handle payments. We do this in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. Data is shared only with the partner laboratory, the payment provider and our staff who need it for your order. You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows.
10 Changes to these terms and applicable law
We may update these terms. The version in force is always published on this page with its date; orders are governed by the version in force when they were placed. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation, and failing that by the courts of Georgia.
