The pcrlabs.ge website is operated by Platform PCRLABS (“PCRLabs.ge” or “we”). These terms apply to the use of the website. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Ordering and the service itself are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Orders can be placed by persons aged 18 or over. A person under 18 may use the service only with the consent and participation of a parent or legal guardian.

3 Using the website correctly

Provide accurate and up-to-date information in the forms.
Do not place orders on behalf of others without their consent, and do not submit false orders.

4 “My orders” customer page

To view your orders and results you sign in with the e-mail address used in the order; we send a one-time code to that address. Keep access to your mailbox secure and do not share the code with anyone. Anyone who has access to your e-mail can see the results linked to it.

5 Information on the website

Test descriptions, preparation instructions and turnaround times are for general information and do not replace advice from a doctor. We keep prices and information up to date, but errors are possible; the price is confirmed when the order is confirmed.

6 Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and other materials on the website belong to PCRLabs.ge or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.

7 Links to other websites

The website may link to third-party services (for example the payment provider, WhatsApp, Viber or Facebook). We are not responsible for their content or operation; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
